Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LPN will provide bedside nursing, administer medications, perform treatments, and accurately document in the EMR while collaborating with RNs, physicians, and the care team. You’ll educate patients and families, support care plans, and promote safety and infection control.
