Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care under RN and physician supervision, including assessments, treatments, and accurate documentation. You will administer medications, monitor patient status, perform wound care, and support procedures while maintaining strict infection control and safety standards.
