B.R.I.D.G.E. Path Staffing is seeking a passionate, energetic and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full time position in Bloomfield, New Mexico.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an LPN, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional nursing care while helping patients feel safe, comfortable and supported.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs and assess patients for changes in condition.
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans.
Assist with wound care, medication management and other clinical procedures within your scope of practice.
Communicate changes in patient conditions to the supervising RN or physician.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Collaborate with nurses, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care.
Promote patient safety, dignity and compassionate care.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Current New Mexico LPN license or a valid multistate license recognized in New Mexico.
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Strong clinical, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a busy healthcare environment.
Compassionate, dependable and patient focused attitude.
Excellent teamwork and problem solving skills.
Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation or long term care experience is a plus.
