We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Ridgefield, WA!
Pay: $32/hr to $36/hr Depending On Experience | Night/Weekend Shift Differential
The Recovery Village is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our compassionate healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide essential nursing care to patients struggling with addiction and mental health conditions, supporting their recovery through clinical and emotional care. You will work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid LPN license required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain patient confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment
Additional certifications related to nursing or patient care.
Benefits
Benefits begin on the 1st day of the month following date of hire.
Pay: $32/hr to $36/hr depending on experience, plus night and weekend shift differential
Vacation: 2 weeks in year one, increasing with tenure
Paid Holidays: 7 paid holidays per year
Paid Sick Leave: Accrued at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked, consistent with Washington law
