Job description
Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute facility. In this role, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident status, and support individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
