Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In collaboration with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you will provide direct bedside care, administer medications, perform treatments, monitor and document patient status, and support individualized rehab plans. You will educate patients and families, promote safety and infection control, and assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination.
