Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high‑quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN will provide direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient status, and support interdisciplinary rehab plans. Working closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you’ll educate patients and families, document accurately in the EMR, and promote safety and infection control.
