Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate LPN to deliver hands-on nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The LPN will support RNs and the care team with medication administration, treatments, patient assessments within scope, and detailed documentation. You’ll coordinate with therapists and physicians to support individualized rehab plans, educate patients and families, and promote safe discharges.
