Registered Nurse
Salary: $28 - $30 / HR
Homecare LPN Opportunity | Rockford, IL
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Caregivers
Looking for a flexible nursing opportunity that allows you to make a meaningful difference in a child's life life? Maxim Healthcare is seeking dedicated Nurses to provide one-on-one care for pediatric patients in the Greater Rockford area.
This homecare position may focus on G-tube/Trach and/or Vent care. Comprehensive paid training and ongoing clinical support are provided, making this a great opportunity to build your skills while delivering exceptional patient care.
Available Shifts
Full or part-time Opportunities
Available shifts: Weekdays; All shifts available (Mornings, evenings, overnights) Choose your own schedule! (Pay differentials offered for all overnight nurses!)
Weekend Shifts
Saturday and/or Sunday shifts

Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Initiate and follow the established plan of care, requesting revisions as patient needs change
Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing interventions
Monitor patient condition and communicate significant changes to the physician or supervisor
Administer prescribed medications and treatments while documenting patient response
Support patient and family education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning as appropriate
Qualifications
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois
Current Health Certificate (per state regulations or contract requirements)
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
Current BLS certification
One year of RN experience preferred
