Job description
Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facility. The LPN will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and accurately document in the medical record. You’ll collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and support staff to carry out care plans that promote dignity, safety, and quality of life. In our faith-based, mission-driven environment, you’ll receive ongoing training, interdisciplinary exposure, and opportunities for growth while supporting continuous improvement in clinical outcomes.
