Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will deliver direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications within LPN scope, and supporting treatments and procedures. You’ll document in the EHR, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and provide patient and family education.
