Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, monitor patient status, and support physicians and RNs across a variety of clinical settings. You’ll document in the EMR, uphold infection control and safety standards, and educate patients and families.
