Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will deliver direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications within LPN scope, and supporting treatments and procedures.
