Job description
Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute communities. The LPN will provide direct bedside nursing, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident status, and support individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
