Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support rehabilitation plans, and educate patients and families. You’ll document care accurately, maintain patient safety, and collaborate closely with RNs and therapists to promote optimal recovery.
