Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support patients in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care under RN and physician direction, including medication administration, vital-sign monitoring, wound care, and documentation. You will assist with patient assessments, implement individualized rehab care plans, and support safe mobility and ADL training. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered outcomes while contributing to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment with opportunities for growth.
