Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. Working within our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will provide direct bedside care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families, document care accurately, and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
