Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, vital sign monitoring, and rehabilitation support. You will collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to implement care plans, educate patients and families, and promote safe, timely recovery.
