Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN will support RNs and physicians with assessments, medication administration, wound care, and rehabilitation-focused interventions. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, documenting care, assisting with ADLs, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
