Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN will provide direct bedside care, administer medications, support rehab treatments, and monitor patient progress under RN and physician direction. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to execute individualized care plans, educate patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, and promote a safe, nurturing environment aligned with our mission of compassionate, outcome-focused rehabilitation and strong professional growth opportunities.
