Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will provide direct bedside nursing, administer medications, perform treatments, monitor vitals, and support rehabilitation plans under RN and physician direction. You will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, and promote safety and infection control.
