Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN will provide direct bedside care, administer medications, perform treatments, monitor patient conditions, and accurately document in the medical record.
