Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The LPN will support RNs and the interdisciplinary team with daily patient assessments, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of rehab progress. Responsibilities include accurately documenting care, assisting with therapy activities, educating patients and families, and promoting a safe, nurturing environment.
