Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The LPN will collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support individualized rehab plans, administer medications, monitor vitals, and assist with wound care and ADLs. Responsibilities include accurate documentation, patient and family education, and promoting safety and comfort.
