Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate LPN for our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. As an LPN, you will provide direct, hands-on nursing care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and support individualized rehab plans under RN and physician direction. You’ll educate patients and families, document care accurately, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe, timely recovery.
