Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN assists RNs and the interdisciplinary team with assessments, medication administration, wound care, ADL support, patient education, and rehabilitation-focused care. This role promotes patient safety, coordinates care plans, documents accurately in the EMR, and supports discharge planning.
