Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to implement individualized rehab plans, administer medications, monitor patient status, and support activities of daily living.
