Job description
Encompass Health is seeking an LPN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with rehabilitation therapies. You will collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support individualized care plans, patient education, and safe transitions of care.
