Job description
Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute setting. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident status, support care planning, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes.
