Job description
As an LPN at a HumanGood senior living community, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care to older adults in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring and documenting resident conditions, and collaborating with RNs, physicians, and caregivers to implement care plans. You’ll educate residents and families, respond to changes in condition, and support ADLs while promoting dignity and independence. In this collaborative setting, you’ll mentor caregivers, uphold safety and infection-control standards, and contribute to continuous quality improvement and a warm, hospitality-focused community.
