Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform treatments, and support RNs and providers across our Connecticut network. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor patient status, document in the EHR, and educate patients and families.
