Job description
Signature Consulting Services LLC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to support professional services projects for government and commercial clients in Reston, VA. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, perform clinical assessments, administer medications, and document care in accordance with regulatory and client requirements. You will collaborate with RNs, physicians, and consulting staff to support wellness, occupational health, and specialized clinical programs. The position requires strong clinical judgement, attention to detail, EMR proficiency, and the ability to adapt to diverse client settings while upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.
