Hartford Healthcare seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Manchester primary care team on Main Street. In this clinic-based role, you’ll provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform assessments, and support providers in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. You’ll document in the EHR, educate patients on treatment plans, and help coordinate patient flow.
