Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care under RN and physician supervision, administer medications, perform treatments, and support care coordination across our network of hospitals and facilities. You’ll document in the EMR, promote patient safety and quality, and educate patients and families.
