Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate EHR documentation. You will educate patients and families, support discharge planning, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care.
