Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality bedside care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform treatments, and accurately document in the electronic medical record. You will collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and uphold infection control and safety standards.
