Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The LPN will provide bedside nursing, administer medications, monitor vitals, support rehabilitation plans, and assist RNs and therapists to help patients regain function and independence. Responsibilities include documentation, patient and family education, participation in care planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
