Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN for our Healthcare & Medical Services department in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care including medication administration, wound care, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with ADLs. Collaborating with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you will support individualized rehab plans, patient and family education, and safe transitions of care.
