Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support complex rehab treatment plans under RN and physician direction. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and families, document care accurately, and help patients safely regain function and independence.
