Job description
Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute facility. In this role, you will provide hands-on nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, wound care, and monitoring resident conditions while documenting accurately in EHR systems.
