Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN will provide direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document patient progress, and collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support individualized rehab plans.
