Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The LPN will provide bedside care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support therapy goals, and educate patients and families on rehab plans. Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you will maintain accurate documentation, uphold safety and infection-control standards, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on patient-centered recovery and functional independence.
