Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. As an LPN, you will support Registered Nurses and the interdisciplinary team by performing assessments within scope, administering medications, monitoring vitals, documenting care, and assisting with therapies to promote optimal patient recovery.
