Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN for our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN will deliver direct, patient‑centered nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with rehabilitation-focused treatment plans.
