Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to deliver high‑quality care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. Working within the Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support rehab therapies, and educate patients and families. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to implement individualized care plans and promote optimal recovery.
