Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. As part of the Healthcare & Medical Services team, you’ll provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll educate patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, ensure safety, and promote a nurturing, patient-centric environment.
