Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this patient-centered role, you will provide direct bedside care, administer medications, monitor vitals, support therapy goals, and educate patients and families. Working closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you’ll help coordinate individualized rehab plans that promote safe recovery and independence.
