Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, including medication administration, monitoring vital signs, wound care, and supporting rehabilitative treatment plans under RN and physician direction. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document clinical findings, and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
