Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within our inpatient rehabilitation setting. As an LPN, you will provide direct bedside care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support rehabilitation plans, and collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians.
