Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver direct, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you’ll provide bedside nursing, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and support complex rehab plans under RN/physician direction. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote mobility, safety, and independence, educate patients and families, and document care accurately.
